The idea behind super8ts is simple and driven by the need to go strong, go hard and
be productive.

Most of us live busy lives and time is short but you shouldn't have to skimp on your
routines.

Super8ts was conceived with exactly that in mind. Each routine is fast and designed
to deliver results in as little time as possible. Super8ts routines consist of 8
compound exercises which are performed in rapid succession and can be over lapped
and or combined to suit your likes, wants and needs.

Each super8ts routine will require roughly one half hour and will yield a calorie
born of approximately 300 to 400 calories per cycle.

The super8ts routines can be performed one time daily for great results or combined
and or overlapped for up to a 90 minute session with calorie yields of 700 up too
1600 per workout.

Its all up to you.

The placement of each exercise is strategic and maximizes your bodies biomachanical
efficiencies as well as its thermogenic responses to stimulus.

Its a push, pull, walk, crawl, run and jump approach to training that really works.

These routines will make you stronger, faster and more functionally apt in literally
everything you do.

The term "cellulite" was coined in 1973 to refer to the dimpled appearance of the skin that some people have on their hips, thighs, and buttocks. This appearance is much more common in women than in men because of differences in the way fat, muscle, and connective tissue are distributed in men and women's skin. Although female hormones may play a role in contributing to this fat distribution, cellulite is not treatable by hormone therapy. so there you have it, the dictionary version as to what is cellulite...
